For Claims purposes – Notice of Losses (production losses) must be turned in within 15 days of the end of the insurance period-which is the earlier of destruction of the crop, harvest, or the date found in the actuarials (above). Revenue losses have 45 days after the harvest price is set (this price tracks July 1 – July 31) to be submitted.
